My brewer started having an issue, and support got back to me the same day, which surprised me. It was super easy, no back-and-forth runaround or anything, just quick help and a simple fix. Happy with how they handled it...

"Shipping was just okay"
I ordered a coffee maker from keurig.com and it did show up in good condition, so no issues there. But this is where it got annoying: the shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated along the way. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as quick or smooth as I hoped. Once it finally arrived, the packaging was fine and the product was okay.

My Keurig started leaking, which was exactly the kind of surprise I didn’t need. To their credit, support got back to me quickly and sent the part without making it a whole production. It’s working fine now and there’s no mess anymore, so I guess we got there in the end.

Keurig was straightforward to use, and I was able to find what I needed without much trouble. A few pages did load a bit slower than I’d expect, and the checkout felt slightly clunky in spots. Nothing major, and it’s not hard to figure out if you use common sense, but the overall experience could definitely be a little smoother.

"Warranty support was honestly ridiculous"
I tried dealing with keurig’s warranty support and it was such a frustrating experience. They kept passing me around in circles, and the tone of the replies felt dismissive the whole time, like they had already decided not to help. After all that, they still denied my claim. Disappointing, and I don’t see myself buying another keurig after this

I’m happy with how quiet this brews compared to my old one. No loud morning racket, which I really appreciate. To be fair, it still makes a little noise like any coffee maker would, but it’s noticeably calmer and way less annoying...

Setup was, simple and didn’t take long at all. I did have to check the quick guide once, but after that it worked just fine. The only thing is, I kind of wish the first rinse step had been explained a little more clearly.

Overall, it seemed packed well to me. The outer box did have a small dent, but maybe that happened during shipping. Nothing inside was broken, so I can’t really complain.

I finally got around to cleaning and descaling my keurig this weekend, it was way easier than I expected. The instructions on the site were clear and simple to follow, so the whole process felt painless. It only took about 20 minutes, and now my coffee tastes better and the machine is running smoothly again. Definitely glad I did it.

I signed up for auto delivery because I figured it would make things easier and save me some time, but it’s just been a hassle. Orders show up late, sometimes they don’t ship when they’re supposed to, and I kept having to log in and check what was going on. Customer service was polite enough, but I mostly got the same generic answers. I don’t think it’s asking too much for a company to send what they promised, when they promised it. If I have to chase down my coffee every month, then what’s the point of auto delivery? I ended up canceling.

"Good coffee, but the pod waste bugs me"
The coffee itself is totally fine, and I’ve been drinking a cup most mornings while I’m getting the kids ready and feeding the dog. But all the little plastic pods pile up so fast that it makes me feel kind of guilty. I tried looking into the recycling part, but it’s confusing, and even when I do it, it still feels like I’m throwing away a lot.

"Stopped Working After Only Three Months"
It worked fine at first, but after about three months it just quit on me. I tried going through all the steps to troubleshoot it, but it was frustrating having to do so much just to get a brewer working again. For something this new, I expected it to last a lot longer.

"Pod options have gotten weirdly limited"
I still like the machine, but the pod selection on the site has been kind of disappointing lately. A bunch of the flavors I used to order are either gone or always out of stock, and the new ones feel like they’re being pushed instead, but they don’t really appeal to me. Maybe it’s just bad timing, but it does make me wonder what’s going on. For what these cost, I expected way more choices. It’s just okay now

"Good coffee, but I don’t always check out"
I do like my Keurig, and ordering from the site is simple. The coffee is good and it’s convenient, but by the time I add a few boxes of pods, the total can creep up a bit. Shipping only really makes sense if I’m stocking up, so I don’t order as often as I probably would otherwise. I still use it and enjoy it, but I’ve definitely gotten in the habit of comparing prices before buying.

"Good coffee, just a little on the mild side"
I liked the flavor overall, but I do wish it had a bit more kick to it. It’s smooth and easy to drink, just not quite as bold as I usually go for. Weirdly, I remember drinking it while trying to fix a crooked kitchen towel on the oven handle, and the coffee was definitely the more pleasant part of that morning.

I liked this coffee maker when I first got it, the coffee came out fine and it was easy enough to use. After a few months though, the buttons started sticking and sometimes it just refuses to brew. For what I paid, I expected it to last a lot longer

I genuinely like the coffee, and when the subscription is running the way I expect, it’s convenient. Setting it up wasn’t hard, and I do appreciate that I can switch flavors without feeling like I’m jumping through hoops.
Where it gets a little frustrating for me is managing the delivery dates. The skip or delay options aren’t always as easy to find as I think they should be, and one time a box shipped before I caught it because the reminder email showed up later than I expected.
Customer service did help fix the issue, so I don’t want to make it sound like a disaster. It’s more that, in my opinion, a monthly subscription should feel almost effortless, and this one is just slightly clunkier than it needs to be

"Pretty Good Overall"
I was in a good mood when my order showed up, so I wasn’t too bothered that one of the flavors was wrong. Everything else was correct and tasted fine, so overall it was still a decent experience.
